Sealed bids will be received for the following Project:

 

Project Title: Computer Room Remodel – Spokane Transit (STA) Maintenance Building

 

Project Description: The project consists of remodeling the STA Computer Room. The room is located on the second floor of the STA Maintenance Building at 1229 W. Boone Ave., Spokane WA 99201. The project is described in the Invitation for Bids document together with drawings and specifications provided by Madsen Mitchell Evenson and Conrad Architects and L&S Engineers. Site inspection is required prior to bid submittal.

Pre-Bid Meeting 3:00 p.m. local time, Tuesday, February 23, 2010, at the STA Maintenance Building, 1229 W. Boone Avenue, Spokane, WA. ATTENDANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

 

Sealed Bid Opening: 3:00 p.m., local time, Thursday, March 18, 2010.

Availability of Bid Documents: Complete sets of Bidding Documents are available from the office of the Purchasing Department as listed above.


The minimum prevailing wage provisions of Washington state law apply to this project.


The Owner reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bid proposals and to waive minor informalities in the bidding process.


No bidder may withdraw his bid after hour set for opening thereof unless contract award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days.


 

The right is reserved to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities and irregularities in the proposal submission process, to negotiate with any proposers, and to accept proposals which are considered to be in the best interest of STA.
