Bidding Opportunities

Sealed bid proposals will be accepted for the following project:
Jefferson Lot Repairs 14-STA-501

PRE-BID WALK-THROUGH: 10:00 A.M., Wednesday August 13, 2014 Spokane Transit Authority (Owner)  Project Site, Located at SEC of 4th Avenue and Walnut St. in Spokane, WA 99201.

PUBLIC BID OPENING: 3:00 P.M., Tuesday August 19, 2014 Spokane Transit Authority (Owner) Sunroom, located at 1229 W Boone Avenue, Spokane, WA 99201.

Contractors may obtain electronic copies of plans and specifications from the Project Manager, Jessica Charlton by phone at  (509)325-6049 or email at jcharlton@spokanetransit.com.

Plans and specifications may also be viewed at the following plan centers:  Associated Builders and Contractors, Associated General Contractors, and Spokane Regional Plan Center.



The minimum prevailing wage provisions for Washington State apply to this project. 

Use of DBE/MBE/WBE/MWBE contractors and suppliers is encouraged by not mandatory. Contractors submitting bids may contact the Washington State Office of Minority and Women’s Business Enterprise to obtain information on certified firms.

The Owner reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids and to waive minor informalities in the process.

No contractor submitting may withdraw their bids after hour set for opening thereof unless contract award is delayed for a period exceeding ninety (90) days.
