Capital Improvement Plan
A public hearing on an amendment to Spokane Transit’s 2012 through 2017 Capital Improvement Plan – Fleet Replacement Schedule was held to receive public testimony at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 15,2012 in the Council Chambers, City of Spokane, 808 West Spokane Falls Blvd., Spokane, Washington, 99201. A public hearing on the draft document was held on September 21, 2011, and approved by Spokane Transit’s Board of Directors at the October 19, 2011 meeting.
Proposed changes to the plan appear on page 8 of the Capital Improvement Plan and have to do with the procurement of fixed-route coaches.
