For both riders and non-riders, Delana Combs works to remove barriers so people can share ideas and experiences with STA. So, what does that mean to you? 

If you have a question about STA, but don’t know who to ask, call Delana. She works to ensure that STA’s practices are understandable, fair, and reasonable. If she doesn’t have the answer, she will find it, or connect you with an employee who does.

Maybe you have a complaint but want to remain anonymous. Delana works independently, impartially, and confidentially. She will respect your wishes.

Do you have an idea for improving STA? Great! Delana compiles and brings forward citizen suggestions for STA. While not every idea can be put into action, Delana can explain how STA made its decision.
