Ride STA to Hoopfest
Spokane Transit is proud to yet again be part of the largest 3-on-3 basketball event in the world. It’s our goal to get you in and out of downtown Spokane with ease during the Hoopfest 2008 weekend. Oh, and did we mention the free parking, $1 all-day fare and rapid service? We thought you might like that.
Plaza Closed to Buses During Hoopfest
The STA Plaza is closed to bus traffic during the Hoopfest weekend. Alternate loading zones for regular routes will be in effect while the streets are closed. Click here to view a map of the alternate zones and each bus route's pickup and dropoff location.
STA’s Hoopfest Pass
Day Pass: $1 (have exact fare - drivers cannot make change)
Good for one day of unlimited rides on any Spokane Transit bus route both days of Hoopfest. No need to pre-purchase this pass, you can buy it on any bus. Quick and easy!
Jefferson & Riverpoint Shuttles
The shuttles run every 10 minutes all day for both days of the event. View the map and follow the driving directions to free parking near either loop. Look for the big blue signs along the route for stops. Make sure to check the map to view the changes to the route of the Riverpoint Loop for 2008.

Saturday June 28, 6 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Sunday June 29, 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Directions to Jefferson Loop
From North Spokane:
Drive South on Monroe. Turn right on 2nd. Turn left on Jefferson. Follow signs into parking lot under freeway.
From South Spokane:
Drive North on Walnut. Turn right on 3rd. Turn right on Jefferson. Follow signs into parking lot under freeway.
Directions to Riverpoint Loop
From I-90 (east or west):
Take Hamilton Street Exit. Turn left at Spokane Falls Blvd. Look for signs.
From North Spokane:
Take Nevada (which turns into Hamilton). Turn right at Spokane Falls Blvd. Look for signs.
