Outbound Only: The #45 Regal, heading east on 3rd Avenue, will turn right on Browne (temporary bus top on 3rd near side of Browne), left on 4th (temporary bus stop on 4th far side of Division), then continue east on 5th, (temporary bus stop on 5th near side of Sherman), right on Arthur, left on Newark/Perry and resume regular route.
Inbound: From Arthur and 5th, turn left on 5th, right on Division, left on 2nd Ave and resume regular route.
