Proposals will be accepted until May 15, 2026, 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time, by the Spokane Transit Authority (STA), 1230 W. Boone Ave., Spokane, Washington 99201, to operate five (5) Mobility on Demand (MOD) service zones in the Spokane Public Transportation Benefit Area (PTBA), in accordance with the specifications and conditions stated in the Request for Proposals (RFP) package. Proposals must be submitted via Drop Box at the following link:
