Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Tuesday, October 24, 2023, by the Spokane Transit Authority (STA), 1230 W. Boone Ave., Spokane, Washington 99201, to provide First Aid Kit Keep-Fill Services, in accordance with the specifications and conditions stated in the Request for Proposals (RFP) package. An in-person pre-proposal walk-through will be held on Thursday, October 5, 2023, beginning at 10 AM Pacific Time. To participate, please see the instructions in the RFP packet for more detail.

STA reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals, to waive minor informalities and irregularities in the Proposal submission process, to negotiate with any Proposer, and to accept Proposals that are considered to be in the best interest of STA.
