Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Thursday, October 5, 2023, by the Spokane Transit Authority (STA), 1230 W. Boone Ave., Spokane, Washington 99201, to provide Investment Advisory Services, in accordance with the specifications and conditions stated in the Request for Proposals (RFP) package. STA reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals, to waive minor informalities and irregularities in the Proposal submission process, to negotiate with any Proposer, and to accept Proposals that are considered to be in the best interest of STA.
