To help celebrate the launch of the new fare system, every person using a Connect card rides for free all through November! The promotion allows unlimited rides with a Connect or eConnect card on the bus or when making a Paratransit reservation. 

Don’t have a card yet? Create an eConnect card now in the STA Connect App on iOS or Android phones, order a Connect card online to be delivered to you by mail, or come to the Customer Service counter at STA Plaza. 

Riders have quickly adopted the new Connect fare system which launched on October 1. Over 10,000 Connect cards have been issued and over 40,000 rides have been made using the Connect card! Some of the biggest adoption rates have been among active Paratransit customers with 22% of them now using Connect. 

Software developers continue to take in feedback to make minor adjustments to improve the system including the STA Connect app.
