Comprehensive Plan Update
2017 Connect Spokane DRAFT Update
In December 2016, the STA Board of Directors adopted a work program for the 3-year major update to Connect Spokane, STA’s Comprehensive Plan. Since then, STA has hosted two workshops, conducted an online survey, conducted stakeholder interviews, and held an Open House on the proposed amendments.
Spokane Transit has issued a determination of non-significance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project: Spokane Transit’s Comprehensive Plan for Public Transportation proposed by Spokane Transit. After review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the agency, Spokane Transit has determined this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment.
The following document is an updated redlined version following the Public Hearing at the STA Board Meeting on November 16th, 2017: Connect Spokane Update REDLINE DRAFT
For ease of reading, we have also provided a “clean” version with all proposed edits incorporated into the text: Connect Spokane Update CLEAN DRAFT
