Lost and Found
If you lose something while riding on STA, come to Customer Serice at The Plaza or call 328-RIDE.
The Customer Service staff has a log of items found on buses, vans, and STA property. It usually takes about 24 hours to collect lost items, log them, and deliver them to Customer Service. Items lost over the weekend will be delivered Customer Service the following Monday.
When you come to Customer Service, there are three things that will better enable the Customer Service staff to help you: the day the item was lost; the route or location where the item was lost; and a detailed description of the item. Our team will do our best to help you find a lost item.
