Spokane Community College Transit Center is moving to its new location adjacent to Mission Avenue in the heart of the SCC campus. In less than three years, this transit center will be the eastern terminal of the Central City Line (CCL), with frequent, reliable service to downtown Spokane and Browne’s Addition via Gonzaga University and the University District. Charging stations for the battery/electric buses that will serve this route are located at this new facility.
Other amenities include sheltered passenger boarding areas, improved pedestrian connections, real time signage and traffic signal upgrades to facilitate bus and traffic access.
Spokane Community College Transit Center is scheduled to open on December 15, 2019. At that time, the existing transit center will close.
