REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS #15-STA-521
TO PROVIDE UNIFORMS
FOR COACH and VAN OPERATORS,
PARATRANSIT DISPATCHERS,
and
SUPERVISORY PERSONNEL

Six (6) sets (one original and five copies) plus one (1) electronic copy of sealed proposals will be accepted until 4:00 p.m., local time, Tuesday, July 28, 2015, by Spokane Transit Authority, 1230 W. Boone Avenue, Spokane, Washington 99201, to provide Uniforms for Coach and Van Operators, Paratransit Dispatchers and Supervisory Personnel for a five-year period commencing October 1, 2015, in accordance with the specifications and conditions stated in the Request for Proposals (RFP) package.

A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. local time, at the address listed above.  Prospective proposers are urged to attend.

RFP packages may be obtained from Laurie Hitchcock, Purchasing Department, at the above address, or by calling (509) 226-1979, or electronically by request to lhitchcock@spokanetransit.com.  Proposals shall be submitted to Ms. JacquelineTjards, Purchasing Manager, at the above address and are to be marked:  “Proposal for Uniforms”.                                                        

The right is reserved to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities and irregularities in the proposal submission process, to negotiate with any proposers, and to accept proposals which are considered to be in the best interest of STA.

Boone Avenue, Spokane, Washington 99201, to provide Brake Block Services in accordance with the specifications and conditions stated in the Request for Proposals (RFP) package.
