Project Description:  This public works project consists of improving a variety of Spokane Transit bus stops through construction and or improvements to pedestrian and ADA access, concrete sidewalks, bus shelter pads and lighting.  The project work is located within the City of Spokane and consists of stops at the intersection of W. Government Way and S. Sunset Blvd,as well as periodic stops along N. Nevada Street between E. Hawthorne Road and E. Magnesium Avenue.

Use of MWBE contractors and suppliers is encouraged but not mandatory.  Contractors submitting bids may contact the Washington State Office of Minority and Women's Business Enterprise to obtain information on certified firms.
The minimum prevailing wage provisions of Washington state law or Federal Davis Bacon, whichever is greater, as well as federal wage provisions apply to this project including but not limited to certified payroll submittal.
The Owner reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids and to waive minor informalities in the process.
No contractor submitting may withdraw their bids after hour set for opening thereof unless contract award is delayed for a period exceeding ninety (90) days.

Project Description: Removal of two existing bus washers, replacement of infrastructure to accept and support new washers by others.
