Proposals will be accepted until July 29, 2026, 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time, by the Spokane Transit Authority (STA), 1230 W. Boone Ave., Spokane, Washington 99201, from qualified Proposers to conduct a Transit Oriented Development Market Analysis and Feasibility Study, in accordance with the specifications and conditions stated in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) package. Proposals must be submitted via Drop Box at the following link:
