Spokane Transit makes it simple and affordable to access the world’s largest 3-on-3 basketball tournament.

With regular bus service, the Jefferson Hoopfest Shuttle, and City Line, getting downtown is easy and affordable. Enjoy free parking at the Jefferson Lot and University District lots (WSU Spokane and Gonzaga), and ride for just $2 all day on City Line and the Jefferson Shuttle.

Wherever you’re traveling from, STA gets you there ready to hit the courts or cheer on your team.

Park for free at Spokane Community College (SCC) or in the University District and take City Line to Hoopfest.

City Line drops off at Stevens & 2nd. Boarding is at Howard & 3rd.

  • EVERY 15 MINUTES
  • Saturday, June 27, 6 am – 11 pm (then every 30 minutes until 1:15 am)
  • Sunday, June 28, 6 am – 5 pm (then every 30 minutes until 10 pm)

Parking for City Line 

  • SCC: Park free and take City Line downtown.
  • WSU Spokane and select Gonzaga parking lots offer free parking for Hoopfest.

jefferson shuttle

An STA bus stops at the Jefferson Park and Ride.

Park for free at the Jefferson Lot and take the shuttle to Hoopfest. The Jefferson Shuttle will drop off and board at Stevens & 2nd, Post & 2nd, and Monroe & 2nd.

  • Sunday, June 28, 7 am – 6 pm

Directions to Jefferson Lot

From North Spokane: Drive south on Ash/Maple. Turn left on 3rd. Turn right on Jefferson. Follow signs into parking lot under freeway.

From South Spokane: Drive north on Walnut. Turn right on 3rd. Turn right on Jefferson. Follow signs into parking lot under freeway.

Hoopfest Alternate Bus Bays

Plaza closed, temporary bays in place.

STA Plaza is closed beginning 6:30 pm, Friday, June 26 until the end of service on Sunday, June 28. 

While STA Plaza is closed, temporary bays are located at Second & Howard.
