In concert with the implementation of the City Line, the City of Spokane is currently preparing for transit oriented development (TOD) in the southern half of the Logan Neighborhood. Funded by a grant by the Washington State Department of Commerce, the current TOD implementation project is in response to the opportunities that will come with greater transit investment.
