No-Cost Transportation for SFCC Shelter Residents Now in effect through Sunday, September 3, evacuees residing in the SFCC emergency shelter will have access to no-cost transportation service through STA within the Paratransit service boundary (which encompasses the Public Transportation Benefit Area) and extends within ¾ of a mile of a fixed route served by buses.
